  • Future Afghan Scenario

    Dear All

What do you see if all outsiders (all means all, everyone who is not part of Afghanistan, please keep in mind i am not talking about in terms of ethnicity but in terms of a country), SO if everyone leaves and Afghanistan has to decided itself whatever is good for it. What formation do you see politically ?

Will there be any differences between North and rest of Afghanistan politically and if then how to address these.

What do you see more suitable as governing system for Afghanistan in future.

Afghanistan is going to be a republican democracy for the forseeable future. The strengthening of democracy in Afghanistan under President Karzai is in the favor of Pashtuns on both sides of the Durand Line.
The differences between North and South are trivial, being mainly touted by the Pakis to de-stablilize Afghanistan and justify their double games.

India and Afghanistan would both regret the day if they managed to remove Pakistan from the world map. They would both be fighting each other and claiming bits of each others territories.

Things are moving that way, malgariya. The world has recognized Pakistan for what it is, the hub of international terrorism, a fascist, unreliable, fragmented and failed state. The international community will not tolerate the crimes of this state any longer. Plus, the international contradictions of the **** state are numerous and well documented. Given these factors, Pakistan is surely headed for its logical end.

Are you trying to be funny, Afridi malgariya? Pakistan has always been the biggest enemy of Afghans and Pashtuns. Please read some non-Mutaliya Pakistan and non-Pakistan Television history.

The Indus River is the natural border between India and Afghanistan and between the Indic and Central Asian/Iranic peoples.

Pakistan is the enemy of manking and Muslims in particular. Pakistan and Israel must vanish. Only then, we can live in peace and harmony.

immediate removal of all the foreign elements ? not possible so therefore lets not think of a scenario that wont happen in the near future

I dont like the taliban but among all the other groups, they are the ones who are poised to take control either directly or indirectly through an hybrid government. They have massive public support with them and not to mention they are under ISI's umbrella and Pakistan in turn will be backed by China not just because they want US out of there but China is itching to go on a treasure hunt in their backyard.

That is the power play as it seems right now, the stage is set and all that matters is how long will it take for the Americans to get out of there. That will be soon though, canada is already withdrawing at Year's end, it seems highly likely that UK the biggest ally US has on the ground will also be pulling out..things are turning increasingly in favor of the taliban and Karzai knowing that is trying to consolidate his position with taliban through whatever means he can. Firing his intelligence chiefs, visiting Pakistan, the Pakistani general was in Kabul last week..something wicked this way comes

Quite sensible. BUT my question was if everyone every ABCD country is OUT.

Suppose its just Afghanistan and its all ethnic population who have to decide what should be political formation in the country then how do you see where Pashtuns and other ethnic groups of North and other parts will stand?

                      2. How do you see all the groups from all factions, how they will react to the political set up

On a condition that modern education, all sources of media and communication and other technological developments would be allowed. If this condition is fullfilled then islamic sharia can prove to be more effective in cohesion of disintegrated and ethnically divided Afghan soceity.

There is no such thing as AN Islamic system. There are around a dozen systems out there with the label 'Islamic system'. Pakistan is supposedly an Islamic system. Saudi Arabia is one too and so are Mauritania and Afghanistan. Yet their political systems vary vastly.

Finding and implementing an Islamic system and achieving pan-Islamism are akin to chasing the golden fleece or the holy grail.

Half the Mullahs would find evidence from the Quran and the Sunnah that modern education, media, communication, etc are allowed and the other half will have drastically varying conclusions....

                              what do you think though?

Yes indeed but for implementing it we need a welfare society which NO Muslim country at the moment is.

Personally i dont believe in this system of democracy imposed on us by the west and US. Because none of our countries have that kinda atmosphere neither this system is fair.

Just an example if there are 3 candidates contesting from one constituency the winner gets say 70,000 votes whereas the losing candidates get 50,000 each now collectively it means 30,000 do not favour the winning candidate.

How come winners then represent the entire population in that area ?

Above all if you look at your and mine country hardly a noticeable percentage of the population is registered vote. So how can a party elected by few thousands people be representative of the entire population of the country.
