  • Do all religions extinguish?

Never again I think will the west see any religion of any great amount.

People may say they are Christian Muslim Jewish Hindu Sikh buddhist, but each religion will have evolved to suit a western lifestyle.

The few remaining religionists will be seen to be odd freaks.

Eventually even they will extinguish after a period of inbreeding.

Inbreeding is a natural consequence of the situation that will arise for particular groups. You need to find yourself a bf.

The western lifestyle is a religion within itself: the religion of materialism and ungodly existence: where the TV dictates their goals and aspirations.

well for one thing, the premises; you're assuming that predominant hegemonic principles of the west are indefinite, you're also undermining the shift in hegemonic trends which is occurring. Furthermore, you underscore the idea of religiosity as a manifestation of identity and that the readaptation to religious norms is motivated by this. You also assume that the atheist/agnostic segment have any real move towards a prosperous future, bar the Atheist/Agnositic intellectuals who are but a a fraction of that. Your generic college inhabited atheist/agnostic just care about their personal lifestyle and civil liberties, as long as women can have abortions on demand, they can snort coke on a regular basis and have open relationships, the pampered western atheist is thoroughly pacified. Where as the common religious are very politically galvanized, and willing to resort to aggression.

so many variables you didn't consider makes your assessment simply rubbish.

The western culture is not a religion but if it were to take priority over religion other religions would extinguish. The final religious humans will be so inbred they will eventually not know how to reproduce or won't be capable of surviving to reproductive age. Religious people are not as capable of introducing fresh genes as successful vibrant cultures like the west are.

while western culture is not a religion, there is definitely a "zeitgeist" which is attached to it which in essences makes it more or less the same pathology of religion, you could almost refer to it as some type of post modern version of folk customs. None the less whatever you're identifying as western cultures, which is still ambiguous on many levels. This imagined idea that religious people will be inbred out of existence becomes more absurd when you consider the agnostic/atheist crowd largely eschew breeding period. Just look at the mating reproductive patterns of atheists/agnostics and the ones of the religious. What can you observe there?

I am totally against western culture interfering with other cultures and destroying them, this has got to stop, I mean there is nothing wrong with taking some of the good things found in western culture, but I see people in the east usually adapting the bad things found in the west, this is very dangerous and so corrupting

That has proven to be untrue.

Nope it is a fact, atheists/agnostics generally do not reproduce as much as the religious.
