A Local Kandahari man arrested in connection of faking Quran Burning in Kandahar province. Detainee confused he was told by the Taliban Shura in Quetta, Pakistan to burn some copy of Qurans then use them to provoke residents and fuel the anti Quran Burning protest.

Well the source is state funded, meaning the funds come from Karzai. In much of the world, there is some sort of a separation between the state and the media apparatus.
