I was referring to the tit for tat killings but I dont really beleive in the rape stuff. Pashtun usually take the women as wives.Originally posted by ScimitarXEdge View PostUsing the kufar behavior to excuse the Taliban; only shows the real nature of the Taliban, don't you think?
Revenge, why would Muslims think rape is a way to exact revenge The Hazaras raped too, but we're not calling the Hazaras the "resistance"
and if these guys are being labeled the resistance, then isn't it reasonable to discredit them on this accord.
All your claims have been American's fault this ....Hazaras fault that, don't Genune Mujahideen take responsibility?
revenge is human nature and its very common in afghanistan. Its not using the kaffar behavior to excuse the taliban, it is using human natural behavior to explain what happened. The root of the problem was the break down in security.
Your under this impression that humans have to behave good in a war zone without proper check and balances.

. You asked why the Afghan insurgency takes actions which result in civilian deaths.Originally posted by ScimitarXEdge View Postlook who's talking, you're in the west and you thik the the Taliban's willingness to let Afghan civilians die in a bombing is excused just to get NATO; while you live in safety
The question that can be asked back to you and which you refuse to respond to is why are the foreign forces operating near civilian populations?
Why are you not questioning the foreign forces war and occupation which causes this situation? Everything you say appears to completely ignore the foreign war in Afghanistan.
You take it out of the equation completely
Why did Iraqi insurgents resort to the same ?
Vietnamese insurgents ? Che's fighters did the same.
It is lofty for you to sit in the West away from war and talk about taking the higher ground.
I guess you would tell a the few Jews who resisted during the Holocaust to not fight as their fight killed many civilians too when Germans shot up their homes and used canons on their homes ( where other civilians lived)

So if Kufar do it, Muslims can do it, is that what you're saying?......I take it out of the equation because we're Muslims and since we are we're bound by higher standards; That was my point. Taliban are NOT genuine Muslims ....and the fact you're using Vietnam and Che as a justification proves my point. They're both infidels.Last edited by ScimitarXEdge; 02-26-2012, 10:06 PM.

Quit with the ad hominem attacks. It only makes you appear more desperate.
I am not supporting the Afghan insurgency
I'm asking you once again why you ignore the fact that there are US forces in Afghanistan?
Why are these forces operating near civilian areas?

Using this logic, should the Syrian insurgency stop fighting Assad because he responds by conducting air raids on the areas they operate from (Homs, Hama) resulting in mass civilian deaths?Originally posted by ScimitarXEdge View Postbecause they want civilians to die in Taliban attacks
why do the Taliban play into that?

aaah this is duplicitous reasning, so a Pashtun can murder civilians because he's lost his mind, but his mind is somehow clear enough not to rape?Originally posted by khushal View PostI was referring to the tit for tat killings but I dont really beleive in the rape stuff. That's absurd
you're being intellectually dishonest.

Just answer the question. why do the Taliban play into that when they know it's a trap to set them up for civilian deaths?Originally posted by Ghundal View PostUsing this logic, should the Syrian insurgency stop fighting Assad because he responds by conducting air raids on the areas they operate from (Homs, Hama) resulting in mass civilian deaths?

Why is the Syrian insurgency playing into the hands of Assad when they know he will target civilian areas they operate from, resulting in mass civilian casualties ?Originally posted by ScimitarXEdge View PostJust answer the question. why do the Taliban play into that when they know it's a trap to set them up for civilian deaths?
