Respecting ones religion doesnt mean putting a fake smile up and ignoring things, you feel i am disrespecting you because i say you are going to hell, its not disrespect its telling the truth. the truth hurts sometimes and when people get hurt they feel disrespected its only natural.

Respect is an important Islamic value, but again it depends what type of person you expect it from, just like you would find idiots from all casts, religions and places - this forum is no exception. Don't have your exception too high from idiot brothers in here as well just in case you feel insulted. We the normal lot also respect other religions including Hinduism.

Anyway and rather to focus on the topic, why is the Baluch issue being raised at the US congress now?

I support the idea of free Baluchistan in principle.
What type of PashtunComrade sits back and ignores a Hindu calling his ancestors cowards. If respecting means ignoring it and not retaliating to such claims then screw respect in that term as far as im concerned.

It is not you who decides over the fate of who is in hell or who not,but we can say if he remains on this path,he shall end up in hell.

But we pray for his guidance, may Allah guide him to the straight path, where upon Allah has his mercy.

" Koi bole ram ram , koi khuda hai " - Nusrat fateh ali khan

It means that some people say " ram ram " ( hindus ) and some people say
              " khudda " ( the muslims )

Brother, i like to listen some muslim nasheeds and some qawalis like Nusrat fateh ali khan,
I also like some muslim hadiths

My religion don't forbid to do these things, and my religion forbid to hate others religions.

Sorry but i will never convert to another religion

Because i believe that we all have ONE god

And it doesn't matter if you are muslim or hindu&sikh

              Apna ek raab hai, khuda
              .

                  1. A quote would be usefull.

                  2. What is a "clear indirect" way?
                  Isn´t that an oxymoron?

                      Fortunatly,

                      that´s not correct.

Arabs invaded modern day Afghanistan but Islam wasn´t forced on the people. I guess some sort of financial force was used by introducing extra taxes on non-muslims called jazziya and Afghans converted to Islam for various reasons.

One of the reasons was that Hinduismus and it´s cast system doesn´t really fit the Afghan/Pashtun mindset. Hinduism itself had been forcefully introduced to modern day Afghanistan by the invasions of kings like Ashuka.

To be honest, i don't really know about the arab invasions of afghanistan

But in india, i can really tell you that many people were forced to convert to islam especially during the mughal rule ( of Babur and Aurangzeb )

so what was the end result of all this ?

The State Department, however, re-emphasised that the United States engages with Pakistan on a whole range of issues, including ways to foster economic development and expand opportunities in Balochistan.

Minutes before the House Committee on Foreign Affairs conducted the hearing on Balochistan, the State Department clarified that the hearings don’t necessarily imply that the US government endorses one view or another.

The department spokesperson said: “I’d underscore that the State Department is not participating or involved in this hearing.” Answering a question she said that the US encourages all parties in Balochistan to work out their differences peacefully and through a valid political process.

anyways I'm not trying to demean the issue; I am in very much favour of more autonomy to the provinces, but the reforms will have to come from within Pakistan and they need to look at other areas as well
It's enough that I know, Our time had a home, In your heart..Was a place..But the glass always breaks..
