Pakistan is an illegal state. In the past decade, it has continued to allow and even commit atrocities on Afghanistan and Pashtuns in FATA.

ANP has been supporting Pak military operations in FATA.

Pakistan does not consider FATA or even KP as proper parts of Pakistan. Hence, this is why they continue to allow these regions to be subjected to drone attacks and such. Hence, Pakistan does not protect the people of this region.

This holds true most certainly for KP pashtuns who for all intents and purpose have been absorbed into the Pakistani secular system. While, most do not say this, the fact that the ANP participates in the government, and that some form of secular Pakistani culture has taken hold there is the reason there is no will power to break away from Pakistan.

The major point though is that Pakistan is conducting operations against the people of FATA. Pakistan is supporting Western war in Afghanistan. This is the main problem. Pakistan will continue to behave in line with their Hindu roots.
This causes instability in Afghanistan proper


However, the same can not be said about FATA Pashtuns because they have refused to be integrated with Pakistan

In fact, one can already say that FATA is a part of Afghanistan.

Pakistan may be illegal, I agree, and so are many other countries, but my question is what can we do about it?

Regular people like you and me can not do any thing about the situation, This world is run by the huge armies out there of these countries, not by regular people. In modern history regular people have hardly changed any thing in any part of the world.

Look at the palestinian situation for example, they have been fighting for the last 65 years, yet have hardly achieved any thing.

Problem is why does Pakistan hold Afghan land if they are going to kill and abuse the people living there? What happen to Pakistan Muslim brotherhood. Pashtuns need to wake up and unite as one.

The illegality of Pakistan has many parts:
1. not all parties were present nor agreed to the duran line namely the baloch nor the tribal pashtuns that lives on the line whos lives are directly affected by the agreement.
2. The refferendum that was held by the brits was not fair to the people of KP nor the people of Baluchistan who actually were promised an autonous state.
3. The partition of India was immoral that it caused much suffering and killing and deeepened the hate between people that was unneccesary.
4. The seperation of bangladesh further proved the illegitimacy of what pakistans foundation was based on.
5. Its silence on the bombardment of its residents in FATA which is a direct violation and an act of war if it was any other state with dignity, another proof of its illegitimacy of its foundation.
6. The majority of Muslims choose to stay with India or seperate from pakistan which further illegitimizes its foundation of its founding.
