  • How a former member of Taliban leadership became pro-America

Ahmad Ratib Popalzai, a family member of the Karzai clan, a former Taliban member of the Taliban leadership in south Afghanistan, became a pro-American personality, providing the US and NATO with all kind of logistics to fght the ''Islamic Emirate of Caves of Pakistan''. The hypocricy of Taliban can be seen everywhere! Smell the mon(k)ey and become an enemy to what you tried to defended With the help of the US, after 2001 he became the head of a security company in Afghanistan and earning 700million USD per year. He truely sold his namoos and din lol other Taliban guys are not different than him. Haqqani earns 400USD per year from US and another 100USD from Pakistan. Ratib is today an American citizen and nearly all his family live there. I wouldn´t expect anything else if not Afghanistan2010 would be a member of this family :D

part of the taliban leadership? lol don't think so...

Popal then decided it was time to return to the region, first to Pakistan, and in 1997 he decided to start a business in Afghanistan, where his saga with the Taliban began. "I saw business opportunities, and set up my steel factory in Kabul with help from the Chinese. That is how I got involved with the Taliban, particularly with Ambassador Zaeef. He is a very close friend of mine."

Popal became Zaeef's English teacher and, following 11 September, Zaeef called on Popal to become his interpreter. "It was a Sunday afternoon when the street that Zaeef lives on in Islamabad was full of journalists. He called me over to his place as I lived nearby to help with translation during a news conference," Popal said.

"I went, but I did not want to sit with him, because I knew I would be exposed as a member of the Taliban, and I wasn't [one]. So I stood at the back of the room and translated for him, but this didn't work for the reporters, and they asked me to sit with him. Everyone thinks I was a member of the government but I wasn't. Zaeef was a close friend and I wanted to help him," he stressed.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

            http://www.thenewstribe.com/2012/01/.../#.TySQz1xSR2C

BUT YEAH, HE WAS A ''FRIEND'' OF ZAEEF BUT HE WAS NOT A TALIB, HE HAD CLOSE CONTACTS TO THE LEADERSHIP BUT HE WAS NOT A TERRORISTS AND A TALIB ...

and now, he goes to Qatar as a Taliban ''diplomat'' also as a ''friend'' without beeing a Talib and anti-islamic Emirate hypocrite... LOL

I wonder what Taliban think.... if they have human brains. This guy is providing US with everything, including informations to destroy Taliban and now he is even their diplomat hahaha crazy world, crazy Talibanana people

Nokia is jealous of his dosh... whether he was a Talib or not he was definitely a smart money maker. Business and politics in most and serious cases go hand in hand especially for the filthy rich ones, got it? That is what all of them do. Only an impoverished and opportunity-less are the good Talibs - not the Ratib Popal type whom are mere opportunists.

Nothing new, the poor talibs surrender in winter times to the goverment becuase its too cold and in the summer they fight, On RTA Ariana and other afghan chanels you alway see that during the winter suddenly there are so manny who surrender :P. There is no difrence between taliban, like many of you say that there are good talibs and they are poor, that's nonsence they are all the same only the poor are just not smart enough to get to the big money.

Why should I be jealous of money that is haram to me? He sold his religion, his identity, the people he pretended to help and ghirat for money and still support US war in Afghanistan.
