Btw, so bad isn“t the security force. Day by day they catch and kill servants of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. People need to make experiences to become better. 10years after, majority of the security members face dy by day dangers and terrorism. Give them a chance and see how they will fight these creatures from hell. Even now the Taliban are not able to fight the security forces on the battlefield. So, they send their children under Burqas and among women to our country.

lol what experience do they require? We have been fighting for 40 years, the issue isnt experience, its cause. The ANA has no cause. Itll dissolve quicker than a napkin in water.

I dont oppose the idea of having good relations with the Americans, per say. I dont care for that Ummah nonsense, maybe if it was a concievable reality, but until then its no concerns of Afghanistans

If America supported a righteous dictator in Afghanistan, a la their support for regional strong men, I wouldnt be upset.

Strictly on principle, Im speaking here

having good relations with everyone is good, but not in a way where foreign interests trump national interests. the ummah nonsense is not as nonsense as you perceive. the future belongs to the ones that plan ahead. The planet is becoming regionally aligned. the us/canada with europe. the southeast asian economies will eventually merge lead by china, who is south asia and the middle east/africa going to partner with. If you remain in the nationalist mentality, then you will remain a slave with no plan.

A dictator can not be rightous, otherwise you can not call him/her a dictator. Regional strongmen are temporary, they last as long as interests are served.

Im all for an Ummah, I just dont think a single second should be spent on it from an Afghan perspective. This is what Turkey, Iran, Egypt, Arabia, Pakistan, Indonesia, Malaysia etc need to create.

its funny how your inocent minds portray images of a map which is soo away out of touch with reality .

you dont know your history nor even your presence , but you assume to create a future , even it is only in your head

              Wrong again.

              http://www.wired.com/dangerroom/2011...hout-u-s-help/

              Title?

Not a single Afghan Battalion Fights Without US Help

"That was the assessment made by the officer responsible for training those Afghan soldiers, Lt. Gen. William Caldwell. Out of approximately 180 Afghan National Army battalions, only two operate ā€œindependently.ā€ Except that ā€œindependently,ā€ in Caldwell’s National Training Mission-Afghanistan command, means something different than ā€œindependentlyā€ does in the States.
Those two ā€œindependentā€ battalions still require U.S. support for their maintenance, logistics and medical systems,ā€ Caldwell admitted when Pentagon reporters pressed him on Monday morning."

"That is, if attrition doesn’t get in the way. Caldwell expressed alarm that 1.4 percent of Afghan cops and 2.3 percent of Afghan soldiers walk off the job every month, saying that if ā€œleft unchecked [attrition] could undo much of the progress made to date.ā€ Yet last week, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta testified that attrition rates are ā€œas much as three percent per month.
Asked by Danger Room about the increase, Caldwell simply said that the ā€œgoal we’ve setā€ is a 1.4 monthly attrition level across both forces. In the Afghan National Army, attrition ā€œhas been steady over the last year. We have not seen the decline,ā€ Caldwell said."

Oh and then theres the pesky human rights issues:

"Caldwell has instituted an additional 18 hours of training on respecting Afghans’ rights into the eight-week course that the typical would-be Afghan cop takes. But Caldwell doesn’t train every Afghan cop. Members of a program called the Afghan Local Police — founded in 2010 by Petraeus to recruit auxiliaries against the Taliban — has been implicated in ā€œkillings, rape, arbitrary detention, abductions, forcible land grabs, and illegal raids by irregular armed groups,ā€ according to a Human Rights Watch report issued this month."

Or, this assessment last year of the ANA fighting capabilities by a platoon leader from the Americans:

"I'm not f***ing with the ANA," the platoon leader said. "F*** those guys. They don't give a f***. They're leaving tomorrow." He asked not to be identified because of the sensitivity of the issue."

              So basically in summary:
The Afghan Army is just the Northern Alliance with a few token Pashtuns sprinkled in there.

I mean after all, the northern alliance fighters are known for generally being the weakest, drug addicted, and cowardly in the face of battle. All else being equal, in the old days no farsiwaan of the northern alliance would dare to attack a Pashtun home at night. Now, they are just a little more confident after getting some American made M16s. Thats generally why the Pashtun factions were much more eager to fight the invading Russians.

Turkey doesnt want to have anything to do with the arabs thats why they are begging the EU for membership. they have realized that it is better to be the toilet of europe than to try to unite with the arabs. the irony is that turkey used to be the envy of europe. look what they have been reduced to.

The East(china and co.) is rising and the only way the West can compete with them is to merge their own ecoomies together ei. us/canada/europe which will force the SE asian economies to merge to counter it. Unless the middle east and south asia can come together, their land people and resources will be fought over by the East and West.

Turks used to be the envy of Europe? Under Suleiman the Magnificent, sure. For the last 200 years the Ottomans were the sick man of Europe

I agree on the need for an Islamic union, at least for economic reasons, if anything

I have to agree with Amir Al Ghaznavi here. I'm sure there are many orthodox muslims on this site, but if we look at the "future" most if it has been foretold in hadiths that may or may not be sahih anyways. Let's try to put our bets on realism not materials that may or may not come true. The Ummah is long dead, and I don't see it ever "rising up" again. Then again, the Ummah was never created. Even within the Middle East there was always a division back then too. Muslims have never been united, they're just legends.

I know I'm going to get spammed because of this post. But this is just my opinion, and every individual deserves a right to hold different opinions.

Its the matter of time inshaAllah.

Under Salahudin Al Ayoubi (rahimahullah) were men of dozens of nations fighting and he united the muslims all around iraq.
I regard it as united, you may differ.

Just wait, and we too will wait.
