They both want continued war. I was surprised that they didn't include any Pashtuns on the show (someone from Southern or Eastern Afghanistan)

This Ahmad Shuja and Fariba Nawa are basically saying there will be civil war if Taliban come back.

They seem to be voluntarily ignorant to Pashtuns as they keep going on about minorities.

That's doubtful especially since they want others to fight their battles. If they are unable to, then what civil war are they talking about? People like them will just leave
When have secular Afghans ever fought?

They both support further war, and no Pashtun from Southern or Eastern Afghanistan is on the show

The people from west always came to him and his ministers to allow them to spend millions on this idols,he was astonished about them,he told them my people here are dying out of famine and you are thinking about idols.
He was angered by them.

Im more under the impression that the buddha statues destruction was a cry for help. The intternational commnity was ignoring what was going on in afghanistan and noone seemed to care until the buddha statues were destroyed and thats when the international community started to pay attention.

The country was in ruin. No one was capable of bringing any form of administration to the country let alone fix it to its pre 79 existance. The international community had abondoned afghanistan including the western afghans who wanted no part in it. Any one that was in Kabul would have been failures.
