The FATA 'question' has reached its pinnacle now. Punjab can no longer deprive the Pashtuns there of their basic human rights. They can no longer be deprived of their right to have their representation in the relevant assemblies. After this decade-long crisis, the people of FATA do not want to go back to the same FCR, the same Political Agents and the same Islamabad-supported Taliban gangsters.
For those who don't understand Pashto, both the tribal leaders (Nisar Wazir Lala and Abdul Latif Afridi) are saying that, among other things, all the foreign fighters (Arabs, Punjabis, etc) who are using FATA to attack Afghanistan should immediately leave along with the Pakistani army, which is supporting them.
