afghanistan could be making money from these crops, for the pharmaceutical trade. this infuriates me that this hasn't been organised for afghansiatn to make money from this. australia, england and other countries grow opium crops and benefit. afghans are practised at growing opium, so when there is a shortage of painkillers, why should they not benefit from their capability?
