the only reason you are opposed to Imran Khan is because he intends to put an end to Pakistan's support for the US war and occupation of Afghanistan (supply routes and airbases), support he has been opposed to for the last 7 years.

So, in other words, putting all your supposed anti-Pakistan rhetoric aside, you are currently in favor and content with continued Pakistan support for the US war and occupation of Afghanistan. Perhaps you are of the mantra that Pakistan has not done enough to support the US war and occupation of Afghanistan, but nevertheless you are happy with Pakistan's current support for the US war and occupation.

What is known is that he has termed the US more problematic than India. Im sure that was music to India's ears despite the fact that India, according to former Indian diplomat Mk Bhadarakumar has been serving like a doormat for the US agenda in the region even when it appears it has failed, and has also been in favor of Pakistan's support for the US war and occupation of Afghanistan, strangely enough (another silent nod to Pakistan to continue serving US interests which also happen to be Indian interests).

US wants to prop up India to contain Chinese influence, but I think that is a little too late. It is in fact an indirect recognition of China' emergence as a global power.

Im assuming in regards to India, and obviously the Kashmir issue, Imran's position is the usual.
