Addicts or not, it will be very challenging for Afghanistan to sustain a military it plans to have. The goal is 0.4 million active service members just for army and air force, while having the same amount of force as civil and special order police, border security force and national intelligence. From a realistic perspective, a country that generates less than 4 billion dollars as its annual revenue must not have armed forces that acquire double the amount to sustain it. IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and international community will not support us financially forever. They may have their own interests in AFG but they sure are not willing to pay that big of a price for it, just to let Afghans have a security force compete-able to its neighbors. Karzai's fantasy of utilizing the national mines and self-dependency is nothing but self deceit and political manipulation. Estimated $3 trillion worth of mines and minerals at least need $1 Trillion foreign investment with a 110% full proof security and decades of time to be extracted, which is exceedingly unlikely to happen. The countries with natural wealth and weak central governments dependent on international community have suffered instead of benefiting from its wealth, African countries are the vivid examples. Globalists are not fools to let weak, marginalized and poor countries be self dependent, after all, weak must suffer for the strong to survive!

those stats are actually better than i thought lol
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Which legal authority has recognized this Afghan "Army" as Afghanistan's army?

The goal is 0.4 million active service members just for army and air force, while having the same amount of force as civil and special order police, border security force and national intelligence. From a realistic perspective, a country that generates less than 4 billion dollars as its annual revenue must not have armed forces that acquire double the amount to sustain it.
Again, this is not Afghanistan's armed forces, so what you just mentioned is irrelevant .

IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and international community will not support us financially forever.
The IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, have been US tools of hegemony, and at this moment can not even support themselves or the US/Western economies they have been propping up. http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/10/0...o-three-weeks/

Obviously, their focus on Afghanistan, and their apparent lack of foresight in not reading Afghanistan's history is one of the major factors of both the US and EU's growing insignificance in the world in the backdrop of China's rise to power, and the uprisings in the Muslim world which are gradually removing one Western backed dictator/illegal government after another.

Karzai's fantasy of utilizing the national mines and self-dependency is nothing but self deceit and political manipulation.
Karzai is irrelevant at this point. Karzai does not serve Afghanistan. Karzai answers to and is part to the US occupation, illegally endorsing it.

Afghanistan's wealth will benefit Afghanistan when Afghanistan's independence is achieved. Its control over trade routes will result in greater influence and leverage in the region. This will only happen when there is peace. The US presence is the obstacle to peace and stability, and there will only be peace when the US occupation is over. Peace and stability is needed for investment, and trade. Therefore, Afghanistan is unable to move forward solely due to that. This also is the reason, there will not be legal and proper foreign investment in Afghanistan.

Having said that, as Afghanistan historically and presently never accepts foreign occupation, no nation will be able to exploit Afghanistans wealth to the extent that yields benefits as long as their is unrest. Since the US presence is the source of unrest, and is the reason there is instability, Afghans wealth is not benefiting any nation at this moment, and logically, will only benefit Afghans in time to come. Hence, for now, the objective in trying to take the wealth of Afghanistan for their strategic purposes is the sole cause for the final failure of their economic systems. The West is no longer what it used to be. Those days are over.

Estimated $3 trillion worth of mines and minerals at least need $1 Trillion foreign investment with a 110% full proof security and decades of time to be extracted,
As long as there is a US occupation in Afghanistan, there will be no peace, nor will there be any stability, and hence, there will be no foreign investment. The only logical way forward for Afghanistan is the end of the US presence. The US presence is the obstacle to peace in Afghanistan and the rest of the region.

which is exceedingly unlikely to happen. The countries with natural wealth and weak central governments dependent on international community have suffered instead of benefiting from its wealth, African countries are the vivid examples. Globalists are not fools to let weak, marginalized and poor countries be self dependent, after all, weak must suffer for the strong to survive!
The globalists have cut their own feet, and the West is staring at the beginning of a new Stone Age. The Western economies have collapsed already. This sideshow with the EU is merely windowdressing and delusional. The US is not going to head into a recession, it has been in recession for the past decade.

Hence, such groups as IMF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank no longer have the clout they once had. It is logical to realize that China is the new bank, especially, of the East. These other tools of hegemony are becoming insignificant like the economies they are keen to protect, and will probably be taken over by China, or will become defunct. Banks are collapsing every other couple of weeks, and these organization are unable to do much about it. http://seekingalpha.com/article/3118...-to-the-market
