Why arent these guys every witty or smart in the come backs?
Man, I would have just gotten out my cell phone camera and started recording the guy recording me.
Then I would have told the other worker to get out his cell and record me recording him recording me. And to make it artistic I would have had a 4th guy recording that 3rd guy recording me recording the customer.

it doesn't matter what he is. if he doesn't want to be recorded, then they have no right recording him. clearly it bothers him so why wouldn't anyone stop it?? this is emotional abuse. you don't go up to someone's work sights to record them for whatever reason but someone needs to feed the pig recording bacon till he chokes to death.
