this is a confession of an 'economic hitman' - john perkins.
it is a small film explaining how the US lays economic traps via the IMF for countries that it considers of economic value. in the process, US with its sharp instrument, the IMF, gorges the poor assett laden countries and slowly allows them to bleed. later it offers saviour in return for pound of flesh - being oil, metal ores, precious stones and . . . . vast reserves of lithium . . . and allowing military bases.
a lot of this propaganda is known, however here it is presented in a film clip.

personally i have heard in my fatherland, daychopan, there are known metal ores reserves, and lo and behold, there is a US forward operating base. similarly nuristan with its precious minerals, and there was korrengal base , whichis now reduced to an outpost, and well establsihed surreptitious mining business.
