A Kandahar speech against US war/occupation

I was going to mention, also!, their reaction to the strong chastising of
this imam - it's really a cameo out of history to see
that even these hardened people were moved by the man's
exhortations to protect the people against these insulting invasions
of mosque and home.
I am sure he touched on only a few of the myriad
such attacks on Afghans every day.
If I were active as a journalist now, I would go around
in the field in person to conscientiously collect
firsthand stories from people directly.
This should be recorded.
Maybe someone else can be inspired to go around now
and take down all the details of the many
insults, invasions of privacy, attacks on Religion,
ill-treatment which Afghans have been
forced to endure without being able to
tell anybody !
It's a terribly powerless feeling which an
entire nation - well let's say, mostly Pashtuns -
have had now for 10 years straight.
This would drive anyone CRAZY !
It's a relief to tell a journalist or
writer who can hopefully after the war,
tell whomever is sympathetic
and has a true sense of justice
in the outside world.
The news coming out of Afghanistan
is so sculpted to produce
sympathy for the 'brave American
soldiers' fighting there that it's simply
absurd.
Truth is barely available.
So this video is quite surprising to have found.
It's wonderful that it's professionally subtitled
so we can all understand the words of this
brave man.
I wonder WHEN this speech took place ?

This speech takes place in Kandahar. Ahmad Wali Karzai and that governor (dont know his name) are in attendance, and this man speaks the truth.Originally posted by unknownprince View Post
the first part details the atrocious crimes being committed on the Afghan people by this war. "Isn't she your sister?" he repeatedly asks, putting people to shame.
pay attention to 2:43
The shameless governor sits speechless, even Ahmad Wali Karzai sits saying nothing.
Also, at 5:00 he goes on about the usual false narrative propped up by war supporters/Militant Secularists/failed Communists in regards to Pakistan
Why do the militant secularists/communists attribute opposition to the US occupation as Pakistani? Pakistan has been supporting the US war (it is coming to an end now). How ridiculously ironic?Logically, opposition to Pakistan is only valid for their continued support for the US war which is inhumane.
