  • Malalai Yousafzai-Swat girl falls short of getting world peace prize

"My aim is actually not only to promote girls education but also to establish a forum where kids who works as domestic servants could get education as I have come across many children who do want to go to schools but their families financial restraints have deprived them," Malala said.
To a query she said, "I believe that education is must for men and women both as it was only the outcome of ignorance on part of the people that our native town Swat was destroyed." Malala also conveyed a message to those parents through media who are reluctant to get their children educated out of fear of social oddities of the Pakhtun culture. "To me education is the only tool that makes a man civilized, a good citizen and help develop the Pakhtun society," she opined.

"O Pakhtuns!, Your house has fallen into ruin, let us rebuild it".
"I want to see my people educated and enlightened. A people with a vision and a strong sense of justice, who can carve out a future for themselves in harmony with nature".

Great share, gulalai of Swat! :D

Malalai Of Swat ( Malalai Yousafzai ) - YouTube

Warning: Do not watch this video if you're a male chauvinist and cannot stand a woman speaking for herself or if you're an Arab and you cannot stand the sight of a girl without her covered from head to toe in a tent!
"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".

"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives".

It was about time, certainly long awaited.

Da Malalai par rakam noro shazo ta zmozh der zaroorat dey.
Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai

For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."

The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

Don't try to be Khudai faujdar ---If you cannot live like a normal human being, go live in a cave with you hoor/ghilman fantasies---Somehow, the deranged minds of the like of yours cannot grasp the fact that before every thing else, a woman is a human-being.

To appear on public media is every body's personal choice and right---And those who have posted her video have done so out of respect and appreciation for her guts.

unfortunately, the innocent don't realise, that education can be used by the wicked, to become extremely good thieves, manipulators and oppressors.

honestly i was expecting some old lady or a middle aged woman at least..it's very inspiring to see someone her age be so enthusiastic about education.
emkhan, there is nothing wrong with having one's wife or sister appear on television for having achieved an honorable title. okay?? it's not like she was dancing in her underwear that people might misuse her appearance. you ought to be proud of her instead of being ashamed. it's people like you who give islam a bad name. khalak cherta worasedal aow taso akhta ye.
then you whine about people using you according to their will.

I am no bird, and no nest ensnares me.

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.
