From the discussions on this board and from the exchanges regarding Farhat T Andersen, Kishr Achekzai and his patar, and the corrupt Asfandyaar Wali family., it sounds to me there is one power elite in Pakistan; the same elite that has generally utilized party politics to sustain its corrupt fuedalism under the guise of Pashtun unity. You know how Sherpao and the Arbab Khans float between parties depending on the day of the week and flavor of the month. What does anyone think about this?

In my opinion, true Pashtuns dont mock their people's great religion [and back people who claim to be true Pashtanas and more representative of the main stream, yet go to bed at night next to Mr. Andersen]. These elites generally are lazy, corrupt (e.g. Mr Achekzai couldn't work a day in his life as an actual engineer and Asfandyaar just realizes on his rabaab playing skills). Thats why these "patriots" of Pakistani party politics go whichever way the wind blows. True to form, they wont ever pick up a gun like Bugti... they will just talk about name changes and wear red hats... to resemble cherries on top of ice cream sundaes."2 crackheads don't become any better or stronger by sharing the same crack pipe." - Greatest PF quote

Mr. Asfandyar, Mr. Achakzai , Mr. karzai ?
Mr. karzai is literally like tissue paper for Obama, to be discarded away like Hosni and Gaddafi when the situation is out of control.
Mr. Asfandyar and Mr. Achakzai are mere opportunists who in fact serve the Pakistani establishment despite their false nationalism claims.
They also support the US war and drone attacks.Last edited by Guest; 11-21-2011, 09:05 PM.

May a curse be upon that lowly harlot who has forsaken the heritage, religion, honour, language and culture her supposed ancestors have strived to protect throughout history.
Asfandyar, the pimp, what is there to say about him? He is nothing but an image of the "Pathan mentality" (no brains, all bronze [minus the latter, of course]) we are depicted to have. He is a loyal servant.
I am not an Achakzai fan, but he is by far better than the other two.
