  • India is supporting talibans ?

The former intelligence official strongly supported the regional approach to Afghanistan suggested by US special representative to Afghanistan and Pakistan Richard Holbrooke. "Afghanistan is a classic power vacuum," the former official said. "Neighbors see it as point of instability to guarantee their own stability or an opportunity to score points."

While the U.S. media has frequently reported on Pakistani ties to jihadi elements launching attacks in Afghanistan, it has less often mentioned that India supports insurgent forces attacking Pakistan, the former intelligence official said. "The Indians are up to their necks in supporting the Taliban against the Pakistani government in Afghanistan and Pakistan," the former intelligence official who served in both countries said. "The same anti-Pakistani forces in Afghanistan also shooting at American soldiers are getting support from India. India should close its diplomatic establishments in Afghanistan and get the Christ out of there."

"None of this is ever one-sided," he added. "That is why it was so devastating and we were so let down" when India got taken out of Holbrooke's official brief.

who is this "the former intelligence official"?
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

Deterrence theory gained increased prominence as a military strategy during the Cold War with regard to the use of nuclear weapons, and features prominently in current United States foreign policy regarding the development of nuclear technology in North Korea and Iran. Deterrence theory however was identified as a military strategy long before this time. In Thomas Schelling’s classic work of 1966, the concept that military strategy can no longer be defined as the science of military victory is presented. Instead, it is argued that military strategy was now equally, if not more, the art of coercion, of intimidation and deterrence.
Schelling goes on to explain the foundations of deterrence theory based on diplomacy. Diplomacy between states is defined as a form of bargaining that seeks outcomes for each state that though not ideal for either party, are better for both than other alternatives. In order for diplomacy to succeed, there must be some common interest, if only in the avoidance of mutual damage. Traditionally in military strategy, mutual pain and suffering are among the results of warfare, however they have also been incidental and not the primary purpose. In the development of military strategy however, Schelling (1966) argues the capacity to hurt another state is now used as a motivating factor for other states to avoid it and influence another state's behaviour. In order to be coercive or deter another state, violence has to be anticipated and avoidable by accommodation. It can therefore be summarised that the use of the power to hurt as bargaining power is the foundation of deterrence theory, and is most successful when it is held in reserve.

if the taliban were smart they would use the indians as a leverage or vice versa , because northern alliance aka massoud kanauni abdullah uzbak taratesak , are not interessted in a break up of the pakistani state , or a merger .

in the past those minorities were lead by fears and used by the isi to sabotage every goverment who brought up this isssue.

besides to this , nearly all of them would recognize the durrandline and openly asked for it ,well the point is if they could .

how ever because this smarkandi mohajir are so narrow minded and stupid , and belive just by wearing ties and suits , they are progressive with their shoolae dota maoist trash , they fail to see that even if they were in power and would recognize it , that the pakis would still use our dependence to a sea port as a lethal choke !!!

and what would they do turn to the iranians ? which would do the same ?
and push everything they want by using the same choke as they do now ?

and thats the point which the indians dont realize if they support na and the rest of the dala

Explosive allegations of Pakistani ex-president: In an interview with SPIEGEL Pervez Musharraf accuses the Indian secret service to support the Taliban . Significant criticism of the ex-head of state to the United States and Barack Obama also follows.

Hamburg - "RAW in Swat Valley has its fingers in the game, I know," said the former army and head of state - when speaking about the secret of India. India also supporting the insurgents in the province of Baluchistan, who are fighting for more autonomy and attacking Pakistani security forces .

In the interview with the SPIEGEL he criticized the new strategy to combat terrorism by U.S. President Barack Obama, briefly "AfPak", which specifically exclude the role of India: "If the world seriously wants to fight this, then they should not neglect India. " The Americans are in Pakistan "hated" now ," said Musharraf. The U.S. drone attacks were "devastating effect" and would need to get more acceptance in the nation to win the future by the Pakistanis to be carried out.

To the US-again accusation to the ISI working with the Taliban, he said: "The accused Pakistani intelligence service ISI has obviously "access to certain networks," Musharraf betrayed, "he thought it was also the same with the Americans and the KGB." You use the enemy to defeat the other

Musharraf defended himself against accusations that not enough against the Taliban leadership and militant movements was done in his country under his rule and even encouraged terror, as in the case of the Red Mosque two years ago. He wanted to prevent a "bloodbath" what the in the end would not have succeeded.

The Pakistani security forces are in front of a very similar crisis situation as it was then. In the district Banoori Town in Karachi again militant extremists had entrenched a madrassahwith weapons.
We could storm the Koran school and kill all occupants , Musharraf said: "This can be done, but is it the solution?"

Why should they? They have *principles*. They could've all been retired billionaires had they given into the Trans-Afghanistan pipeline deal when they ruled 95% of the country.
