It is said that next week Hamid Karzai and Rangin Dadfar Spanta will be convening a fake Loya Jirga to discuss promoting and further support for the occupation and war on Afghanistan. He has gone to all lengths to insult tribal traditions, and will continue to fail. The US administration and Karzai are highly agitated that the region has thwarted their plans at the Istanbul conference and then later at the SCO summit. Regional unity against this war and occupation has reached a high point, a point of no return.
Is it no wonder that the supposed (never happened) US peace talks with the Afghans failed? Why would any Afghan agree to permanent occupation - something they have and are opposed to? The supposed peace talks were never done in good faith. Despite having faced continued failures, and having an economy that is beyond recovery (the West and the US), the foreign powers still want to leave Afghanistan with some "accomplishment." History should be your guide to understand that Afghans do not tolerate foreign occupation of their land just as no other freedom loving people in the world do.
Karzai and the US administration with their continued intention to pro-long war and occupation have instead brought about further unity amongst Afghans from all political thoughts, and regional unity against hegemonic designs. The Democratic Socialist Party as well as all the Afghan ulema have made their opposition to such talk very clear. On the outside, Russia, China, Iran, and Pakistan are all opposed to the US occupation of Afghanistan.
Karzai is surely declaring his further opposition to the Afghan people by further declaring open support for war. Instead of peace, he wants more war, and yet on the international stage, he blames outside countries for the unrest in Afghanistan when all the blame is due to the US presence. The US presence/occupation is the sole barrier to peace and harmony within Afghanistan and the rest of the region. There is no other debate about this, and there will only be peace and prosperity once all foreign forces leave Afghanistan.
Karzai signed all the documents permitting airstrikes and night raids on Afghanistan.
Afghans want an end to the occupation and the war, and do not tolerate it
