A top ranking US general in Afghanistan has been fired for his remarks which were critical of the Hamid Karzai govt:

i wonder if they had actually given afghanistan 11 billion dollars..would that have made any difference??

non commercial would cost less if he was in charge himself which he plans on doing. right now it's n herat but soon it will be in qanadahar.
