Not too hard to see what kind of disaster can result, especially with so many jihadis roaming around Pakistan, with big dreams. Imagine what would happen if some idiots hijacked such a van and snatched its cargo back to FATA. Imagine if fearful govts tried to carry out a raid to get it back, and there was an accidental detonation. Imagine the huge amount of suffering and loss of life that could occur.
It's not hard to imagine these things. Pakistan is truly a nation of idiots.
