What is the difference? How come people are so outraged over Palestine, but they ignore us?

We don't have that strong of a media presence. We don't rally or organize like the palestinians. If you look at any Afghan/Pashtun solidarity rally (if there are any) and compare it to palestinians, it is a joke. Second of all, our problems are two-fold- international presence (NATO, which is relatively easier to rally against due to the political presence of leftists or similar anti war parties. However I don't trust these anti-war advocates either). We also have issues in the regional sense. So there comes a point where we have to speak some bitter ills about Pakistan or Iran, and in that case, it is harder to rally people.

Because we can not unify.

and we actually have a better life compared to them.

maybe you have a better life. But vast majority of Pashtuns don't. Move to the other side of Durrand line, and tell me how much better life is compared to Palestine.

Palestenians are unified we are not. We are quick to attack one another and call each other bad names.

Palestinians unfortunately are NOT unified..read up on the Fatah-Hamas conflict..even though they are being slaughtered they still decide to fight each other no wonder we are stuck!

That's because Palestinians have successfully managed to bring themselves in media lights, while we Pukhtoons are known as a 'sleeping nation' for very obvious reasons. Palestinians are stuck to their own culture and language while Pukhtoons on one hand won't let Pukhtoons unify because they had rather stick with Pakistan, and on other hand they don't give a damn about Pukhtoons because they had rather stay Persianized. Whatever is happening in Palestine is because they and Jews are fighting over the same land and whatever is being done upon them is done by Jews, in other words they got nothing in their hands. While we Pukhtoons had entire Afghanistan and Pakhtunkhwa under our fists but because of our own ignorance, stupidity and illiteracy we screwed our own people and our own future. Palestinians will keep fighting for Palestine, we will keep fighting for Pakistan against Afghanistan.
