اوس مهال دغه شبکه د افغانستان او پاکستان په سرحدي سيمو کې فعاليت لري، پر دې شبکې تور دى چې د پاکستان استخباراتي اداره يې مرسته کوي او هر ډول امکانات ورته برابروي. او دغه شبکه په افغانستان کې پر دېره بهرنيو او افغان ځواکونو بريدونه کوي.

په کابل کې د امريکا پر سفارت او د ناټو پر مرکزونو د تېرې مياشتې په بريدونو کې هم دغه شبکه په لاس لرلو تورنه شوې ده، امريکا وويل چې دغه بريد حقاني شبکې د پاکستان د استخباراتي ادارې په مرسته کړى و. طالبانو د هغو بريدونو مسووليت منلى و.

Haqqani is a Pakistani, he is a ISI agent, and anyone who fights for ISI interests in Afg makes them a Pakistan, regardless of their birthplace.
