This is a Hasty Generalization Fallacy. Which in also a red herring since the fact they're present in Panjshir, captured after a battle shows the Taliban had Pakistani nationals amongst them.

There is not solid evidence. It could have all been staged, it is not so hard to fake a video, thanks to hollywood.
