interestingly enough the Mullah Omar issued new orders; AFTER this list of "code of conduct" which was only in 2009, 7 years AFTER the Taliban had killed many civilians in their Fallacious claim of insurgency

That's not true. Allah SWT never said he will forgive everything but shirk. He said He could forgive you for other sins, if you don't do shirk, but It's not sure. It is all by the Will of Allah SWT if he decides or not to forgive your lesser sins.

so do not say : he forgives everything but shirk

say : if he wants, he can forgive anything you did, except shirk
