If there is "only Islam" then why they divide Pashtons into Pakistan? Why is pakistan successor of British Raj? We Afghans don't need Islam to unite us, you pakistani do need the fake islam to survive. In any case I will say this, Rabbani, who in his later days sought peace, should have been realistic and broken away from US-Karzai instructions.

Rabanni died in the service of his country. He died while offering his hand of peace, trying to bring an end to this vicious war. His death will be a wake up call to many and will not be in vain.

God gave Rabanni an opportunity to amend his past mistakes. He took it, Rabanni probably goes to Heaven, His killer most likely goes to hell. That is justice people end of story.
