Pakistani Taliban vow to attack weddings and funerals of their enemies

Pakistani Taliban vow to attack weddings and funerals of their enemies - CNN.com

Islamabad, Pakistan (CNN) -- The Pakistani Taliban declared Friday they will target the weddings and funerals of anyone involved in pro-government activity against them.
The threat came as the Taliban claimed responsibility for Thursday's suicide blast targeting a funeral procession for a member of an anti-Taliban militia.
"Anyone who supports the U.S. and Pakistani military will face the same fate," Taliban spokesman Siraj-ud Din said. "We will target funeral processions and wedding ceremonies of those who support the U.S."
Din said Friday that the deceased and his attendants were enemies of Taliban because of their pro-government activity.
Police say a suicide bomber blew himself up standing in a funeral procession in the northwestern Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Saleem Murrawat, the police chief of the province's Lower Dir district, told CNN that the explosion killed 40 people and injured 67 others.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

In the first place, who created the Taliban? Isn't it by those devils whose motto is: To run with the hare and to hunt with the hounds?

According to Islamic Laws its legal to attack places of enemy in case of conflicts...

"During the Battle of Badr" Allah commanded the believers "And fight them whereever you find them (on the battlefield)."

Tafsir Ibn Kathir - Quran Tafsir - This is the Ayah of the Sword

This is the Ayah of the Sword
Mujahid, `Amr bin Shu`ayb, Muhammad bin Ishaq, Qatadah, As-Suddi and `Abdur-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam said that the four months mentioned in this Ayah are the four-month grace period mentioned in the earlier Ayah,

(So travel freely for four months throughout the land.) Allah said next,

(So when the Sacred Months have passed...), meaning, `Upon the end of the four months during which We prohibited you from fighting the idolators, and which is the grace period We gave them, then fight and kill the idolators wherever you may find them.' Allah's statement next,

(then fight the Mushrikin wherever you find them), means, on the earth in general, except for the Sacred Area, for Allah said,

(And fight not with them at Al-Masjid Al-Haram, unless they fight you there. But if they attack you, then fight them. )﴿2:191﴾ Allah said here,

(and capture them), executing some and keeping some as prisoners,

(and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush), do not wait until you find them. Rather, seek and besiege them in their areas and forts, gather intelligence about them in the various roads and fairways so that what is made wide looks ever smaller to them. This way, they will have no choice, but to die or embrace Islam,

(But if they repent and perform the Salah, and give the Zakah, then leave their way free. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.) Abu Bakr As-Siddiq used this and other honorable Ayat as proof for fighting those who refrained from paying the Zakah. These Ayat allowed fighting people unless, and until, they embrace Islam and implement its rulings and obligations. Allah mentioned the most important aspects of Islam here, including what is less important. Surely, the highest elements of Islam after the Two Testimonials, are the prayer, which is the right of Allah, the Exalted and Ever High, then the Zakah, which benefits the poor and needy. These are the most honorable acts that creatures perform, and this is why Allah often mentions the prayer and Zakah together. In the Two Sahihs, it is recorded that Ibn `Umar said that the Messenger of Allah said,

            «أُمِرْتُ أَنْ أُقَاتِلَ النَّاسَ حَتَّى يَشْهَدُوا أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا رَسُولُ اللهِ وَيُقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتُوا الزَّكَاة»

(I have been commanded to fight the people until they testify that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establish the prayer and pay the Zakah.) This honorable Ayah (9:5) was called the Ayah of the Sword, about which Ad-Dahhak bin Muzahim said, "It abrogated every agreement of peace between the Prophet and any idolator, every treaty, and every term.'' Al-`Awfi said that Ibn `Abbas commented: "No idolator had any more treaty or promise of safety ever since Surah Bara'ah was revealed. The four months, in addition to, all peace treaties conducted before Bara'ah was revealed and announced had ended by the tenth of the month of Rabi` Al-Akhir.''

            (6. And if anyone of the Mushrikin seeks your protection then grant him protection so that he may hear the Word of Allah (the Qur'an) and then escort him to where he can be secure, that is because they are men who know not.)

Sc(systematicly following the kuffar and with them at )Edge (of Hell).
So Abu Bakr As Saddiq (radiAllah anh) fought those muslims who didnt paid zakaat just for hoax because he had no proper understanding ?...

So those who make up lashkar are non combatants this is very new to me.

why they lay ambushes , burn houses of muslims, capture innocents taliban , sell them to apostate napakarmy, wiping the asses of american and napak soldiers daily to get some weapons, sold their pakhtunwali, sold their islam for just handful of dollars.

poor innocents , take care that Allah dont sent against them a flood or other destruction.

and by the way my son i was reffering to fighting an enemy on some places... not about mushrikeen or non mushrikeen.

but Khalifa ABu Bakr Siddiq (ra) ws a Khalifa, he could do that, no one in the Taliban is Khalifa of Muslims nor are they official government. Taliban are fakes and frauds who work for Pakistani ISI.

He never attacked them in Mosques or graveyards either nor did he harm non-combatants.

those who go to the funeral or wedding are non-combatants.

                  AL-BAQARA 2,190:

"Fight in the cause of God those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for God loveth not transgressors."

                  Tafseer - e - Uthmani:

"From the time of Hazrat Ibraheem (Alayhissalaam) Makkah was the city of peace. No one would fight even with his enemy in Makkah. Similarly, the Four Holy Months (Ziqa'd, Zil Hajjah, Muharram and Rajab) were the months of peace. The whole Arabia was at peace during these months. In Zee Qa'ad 6 A.H., the Holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wassallam) intended to perform Umrah in Makkah with his followers. When he reached near Makkah the Idolaters gathered to fight and prevented the Muslims from going onward. At last an agreement was made according to which the Muslims were to recede without pilgrimage and come next year and perform the Umrah and stay in Makkah for three days in peace. Next year (Zee Qa'ad, 7 A.H.) when the Holy Prophet intended to start, the Followers were puzzled what to do if the Idolaters broke the agreement and prevented them from performing the Umrah and were prepared to fight. If they fought it would be a breach of the Holy Months and if they did not fight it was difficult to perform the Umrah.

Allah sent order if the Idolaters started fighting with them they should retort. But they should neither make the attack first, nor should transgress the limit while retorting the aggression of the Idolaters. They should not be cruel in fighting that they should start killing children, women and peaceful men.

The injunctions and laws of Jihad described at this place are connected with the situation arising from the Treaty of Hudaibeyah. The Muslims were not ordered to fight with the infidels if they kept peaceful according to the Treaty. They were ordered to fight only when they were attacked by the idolaters of Makkah. .

                  AL-BAQARA 2,191:

"And slay them wherever ye catch them, and turn them out from where they have Turned you out; for tumult and oppression are worse than slaughter; but fight them not at the Sacred Mosque, unless they (first) fight you there; but if they fight you, slay them. Such is the reward of those who suppress faith."

                  Tafseer - e - Uthmani:

"'Wherever you find them' i.e. whether you find them within Harem or outside Harem. 'From where they expelled you' i.e. from Makkah.

"Fithna" here means deviation from Islam or apostasy from Islam, or barring other people from Islam. It also implies the efforts of subversion of religion itself.

Prevention from Islam is a far greater sin than slaughter in the holy month. The practice of idolatry and the practice of urging others to idolatry by the infidels is much more detestable than war within the Harem of Makkah. So the Muslims should not demur and answer tit for tat.

" Makkah", no doubt, is a place of peace; but when they started the fight and persecuted you and vexed enmity on your Islam (an action more heinous than slaughter), they lost security and peace. So kill them wherever you find them.

When Makkah was occupied the Holy Prophet had declared, 'Kill him who takes out his weapons' and all the rest were given security."
so is everyone at a funeral or wedding fighting Muslms?

i don't condemn the afghan taliban for the actions of the ttp but i condemn them for their silence on the evil acts of their "bros"

the party whos leader is supposedly the leader of all muslims sends out eid messages but won't say a damn thing about his followers killing innocents at weddings and funerals. spinning an evil action for propoganda purposes is bad enough, but to not even acknowledge it is ****in evil.

and have their action defended by people who blame it on the west and silence their own by hiding behind the title of holy jihad.

cheapening the cause of jihad is just about as bad as being on the kaffir side of a jihad.

people are easily used. whether the poor like in afghanistan or rich like in america. i could say something generic like islam is the answer, which it is, but its the interpretation that matters. u have the talib version and the rich puppet version.

i dont know the answer but i hope to live to see the day where afghans get a damn clue.

This is why Islam has certain standards of how to fight the enemy and wage jihad, so when you cross those boundaries you're no longer doing jihad but are a morally corrupt oppressor who must be waged against.
