Most Pakis didn't vote for them. In fact they are partners with the ANP and MQM. If the ANP walked out of their alliance, they'd lose the government.

They get a lot of votes in Sindh (the south), partly because the brutal landlords there force and order their illiterate peasants (these landlords have private jails and treat their peasants as slaves) to vote for the PPP, her party.

As for the Benazir cult, it's not just Pakistan. In Bangladesh our leader is obsessed with naming everything after her father, Mujib.

The current Mujib cult in Bangladesh, is far worse than the Benazir cult in Pakistan, which by the standards of many countries is tame.
