Murdering Muslims is a grave crime in Islam, one of the worst, the fact that Taliban are openly willing to do this, especially in light that the children were neither combatants, apostates nor committing crimes which involve capital penalty; shows that the Taliban are without an excuse. And more over these children are Pashtuns; hence the claim that the Taliban are a Pashtun liberation movement are completely out the window.

The insanity plea is also bogus, claiming that the Taliban do such crimes out of the stress of war and it's driven them insane has no meritable foundations. Firstly if the Taliban have gone nuts, this is more reason why they're not sound of mind to lead and rule people. secondly, in Islam Nabi(saw) and all early Muslims were able to rule without the "insanity" plea. Thirdly in Islam if people are not mentally fit they cannot hold any public authority.

All this demonstrates how and why the Taliban are wilfull enemies of Islam.

My points are legit; just kidnapping Muslim children who happen to be from Pakistan is not proof they're against Pakistam, because the TTP themselves are from Pakistan and are PAKISTANI NATIONALS. ....the kidnapping of children shows they have no regard for the innocent.
