Americans Stormed Homes, Filmed Naked Women: Villagers

Published on Sunday, July 7, 2002 by Agence France Presse

US soldiers stormed the homes of Afghan villagers after they were bombed in a US air-raid last weekend and barred people from treating their wounded relatives, outraged Afghans said here.
"First they bombed the womenfolk, killing them like animals. Then they stormed into the houses and tied the hands of men and women," MA told AFP at Kakrakai village in central Uruzgan province's Dehrawad district.
"It was cruelty. After bombing the area, the US forces rushed to that house, cordoned it off and refused to let the people help the victims or take them away for treatment," he said.
A was pointing to the home of his brother S, who was hosting a huge pre-wedding party for his son on the night of June 30 when US airships strafed Karkrakai and surrounding villages.
S, who risked the wrath of the Taliban to keep Afghan President Hamid Karzai alive during his daring mission into then-Taliban-ruled central Afghanistan last October, was killed.
So were A wife, S wife and four children. The groom-to-be son survived because he was confined to a separate house as local wedding tradition decrees.
The US-led coalition commander in Afghanistan, Lieutenant General Dan McNeil, announced Saturday that 48 people, according to Afghan officials, had been killed.
A, a senior Karzai-appointed military commander in neighboring Kandahar province, said the toll would have been less if the troops storming his brother's home had allowed relatives to tend to the victims.
"Had people been allowed to take these injured to the hospital more and more lives would have been saved,
" he said as he received bereaved villagers in the local mosque.
"Many of the injured with broken arms and broken legs died due to loss of blood.
"Until seven or eight o'clock in the morning the Americans did not allow anyone to help the injured and to cover the bodies. Most of their clothes had been burnt off (in the attack).
"They kept filming and photographing the naked women."
A said he had no answers for the questions of his stunned people.
"The people are asking: Is the result of the support we have extended to the Americans? This is humiliation. Our women were disgraced."
The United States, in Afghanistan seeking remnants of the former hardline Islamic Taliban regime and its al-Qaeda allies, has insisted that coalition aircraft had attacked only after they were fired on.
It began air strikes against al-Qaeda and the now-ousted Taliban in October last year, after the September 11 terror attacks in the United States blamed on al-Qaeda.
Anti-American rage gripped the nearby villages of Shatoghai, Siasung and Mazar, also hit in the US bombardment.
"One day God will give us the strength and we will fight them," said H W, whose home in Shatoghai was attacked.
"Even during the Russian's occupation (1979-1989) there was never such a sustained bombing of the area. We are weak and they are oppressing us," he railed.
He trashed attempts at compensation, saying coalition forces had offered the villagers' tents.
"They want to please us by providing us with four tents. Is two or four tents worth the price of our lives?
"Would the Americans forgive us if we killed two Americans and give them two tents in return? The Taliban used to lock us in jail, but they would not bomb us and dishonor our women."
JK lost her son, 13, and grandsons R and N, both four, in the strike on Siasung village.
"We were asleep on the verandah when the bombs hit, we had no idea what was happening," she told AFP as she clutched the blood-soaked clothes of her dead son and grandchildren.
R K said a child was killed and eight people injured in her village of Mazar.
"We migrated here to escape drought. Why was our house targeted?"

if it is out of consideration for the privacy of the individuals, then I understand (and I will edit), but if it is to cover the atrocities, this is unacceptable.

This happened back in 2002, these things happened in Uruzgan and Mazar. The crimes and murders like many others were blocked by the Kabul regime, its news was suppressed. Dr. Miraki has exposed even more atrocities.

The words from the article from back then are very significant.

"One day God will give us the strength and we will fight them,"

It's not about American products as much as buying the
state of mind of contempory America's Culture of Evil.

                    Everywhere evil is encouraged.
Good is squashed and evil is exalted.

                    So !
Why not think twice about using Pop American expressions
that people tend to toss around too much either unconsciously or
out of inferiority complex - and this applies equally to Afghans or
Americans themselves - wanting to appear "hip" "with it" "up with
                    the latest fads" --
So EXCISE from your language American-isms.
There are so many STUPID terms that average people repeat.
I'll think of some of to add later.

But dumb stuff that people say which usually conveys nothing anyway.

If speaking English, speak in a classical style which would be recognizable
to someone living 50 or 100 years ago.
Get rid of all pop expressions.

                    Why
Because these even by themselves are an insidious way of
changing your whole psyche over into a brainswashed Americana one.

Another suggestion: BE BLIND to all the election frenzy.
As Idiot & Alchemist & others have said, democracy is a joke.
It's not God's system of government. Only brainwashed people
                    imagine that it is.

So, every time headlines pop up about this or that candidate,
                    just resolutely BLOCK THEM OUT.
Don't read the words; don't let any of the discordant images
go into your mind so as to poison it.

There isn't ANY American politician who has Light in his or her soul.
Their souls ALL are DARK, DARK GREY, or MEDIUM GRAY at the very very best.

So it's an extensive subject, but why not
avoid BUYING INTO an entire state of DUMBNESS which
those around everywhere on the street
                    willingly accept.

                    Just reject it.
Put a Quranic quotation or something like that that suits you
in front of the computer screen to use when
necessary to block out the distorted ugly pictures of
                    "celebrities", government officials,
public figures of all types, etc.
                    > look how awful their auras are !
Don't ruin your eyes by letting your eyes fall on them
                    for a second !

I would say don't buy Chinese products before I would
avoid American actual goods, such as Craftsman tools
[made in USA not cheapo Chinese that fall apart
                    and have bad energy ].

DO NOT ACCEPT any of the evil culture here by
playing along with fads, trends, etc.
Even down the most minute and seemingly
                    inconsequential details.

Be an individual, not a ROBOT like the huge majority of Americans have

                    allowed themselves to become.
