Is "Pakistani nationalism" excluded from that or what does that broken green and white fist in your profile picture mean?
Is obsession with "Pakistanism" ok, with "Pashtunism" is not?
You should know a thing about me.....I can sit here and ask you a million questions in an hour and you wouldn´t be able to answer one.

You should ask yourself with what right you come here and try to undermine Pashtun culture, history, heritage and language, pose with your Pakistani-flag here and try to legitimize imperially imposed injustice on my people?
After answering this question, I will come back to your comment.
Inflamatory language is absolutly OK if people like you, Shehbaz or others try to undermine Pashtun identity and right of self-determination.The only constant is change.

Persian is Persian Luffy. There is no difference. It's just that the Afghan version is more formal. Changing the name to 'Dari' was a political move. It has nothing to do with 'Tajiks'. Bringing Tajiks into every one of your discussions, is just as worse as Pashtuns who bring in ISI into every single one of their discussions. A line[Durrand line] of hatred that raised a wall between the two brothers -Hamid Karzai
For generations, the Hindus of India prayed for deliverance from "the venom of the cobra, the teeth of the tiger and the vengeance of the Afghan."
The men of Kábul and Khilj also went home; and whenever they were questioned about the Musulmáns of the Kohistán (the mountains), and how matters stood there, they said, "Don't call it Kohistán, but Afghánistán; for there is nothing there but Afgháns and disturbances." Thus it is clear that for this reason the people of the country call their home in their own language Afghánistán, and themselves Afgháns. The people of India call them Patán; but the reason for this is not known. But it occurs to me, that when, under the rule of Muhammadan sovereigns, Musulmáns first came to the city of Patná, and dwelt there, the people of India (for that reason) called them Patáns—but God knows!

In Mostafa's response to Luffy the thief, I noticed a quote from this anti-Bengali racist.
1. He is the racist, who hates Bengalis and from the very moment I set foot in here started to attack me, purely because I am Bengali.
2. He is not a Pashtun, but an enemy of Pashtuns, who is hated by nearly everyone on this forum who know that he is a slimy 2 faced Pakistan who tries to promote fights between Pashtuns.
Khushal has told him to stop creating fights between Pashtuns.
Toramana thinks that he is a lowlife who tries to present Pashtun culture in a negative light.
Scimitar has argued with him over his anti-Bengali racism.
He is a prolific liar and has lied, lied, lied and lied about so many things that lying is lik breathing for his Pakistani mouth.
He has spoken of nuking Afghanistan and nuking Afghan refugees (have I said India should nuke Pakistan?).
He lied when he started a false claim that KPK Pashtuns are being discriminated in Kandahar, and starts other false claims.
He has played a big part in getting graveyardofempires banned, so now that gye is banned he has moved on to me, next on his hit list, hence his recent spate of anti-Bangladeshi threads trying to make fun out of the suffering of people (I do not start anti-Pakistan threads, but merely comment on the nature of this failed terrorist state)
3. So he is trying to provoke me, to get a reaction from me and then do the same to me as he did with graveyardofempires.
After me, he would then move on to someone else.
4. He and his Punjabi army and Punjabi ISI will be defeated.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

@shahbaz and luffy,Originally posted by Aab-e-Hayat View PostMost of the tribal fighters that fought in 1948 war of kashmir were wazirs and mehsuds.
True but are they not fighting today against the same army that has betrayed them. If they were truly pakistani, then they would not fight the pak army for the sake of Afghanistan.Last edited by khushal; 09-06-2011, 08:15 PM.

The truth is very much Mehsuds and Waziris are Pashtun first and Pakistan a very distant second. This is due to a variety of factors but include:
- Proximity to Afghanistan, in fact even to use the term "proximity" is kind of inaccurate because in some of their eyes there is no "Afghanistan" or "Pakistan" just land inhabited by Waziris/Mehsuds/Mohmands/Afridis etc i.e. as Admin Khan always says one and the same people.
- Lack of development or to put it another way FATA's autonomy where the tribals could do what they want to do.
Also FATA/Tribal Pashtuns have a superiority complex to settled Pashtuns whom they regard as inferior and not even proper Pashtuns, as Punjabized.
I don't know how to describe their feelings towards Punjabis, but let's put it this way they are regarded as very lowly and would not be invited to the home of an average tribal, in fact that would almost be regarded as something shameful.
However if this conflict ever subsides (which I doubt it will) and schools and government services are installed, then slowly the region will become Pakistanized as the Peshawar valley has (Peshawar, Mardan, Kohat). I doubt that will happen.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *

indeed Urdu is heavily influenced by iranian farsi , not dari. Wazirs and mehsuds feel closer to afghanistan but they are not separatist. They are enjoying businesses and facilities in pakistan due to their tribal status thats why they are not ready to separate from pakistan. And bengali is right, ghra people do look down upon maidani people due to unknown reasons.

I never said they are separtists, i said they are autonomous. Even Afghans come down to Pakistan to conduct business. That has nothing to do with it. There is no pakistani flag raised there by the free will of the people.Originally posted by Aab-e-Hayat View PostWazirs and mehsuds feel closer to afghanistan but they are not separatist. ghra people and maidan people both look down on each. Bangali saying that ghra people not inviting maidan people to their house is incorrect. They invite each other all the time.

Read my post carefully. I just answered what you said above. There is no difference between the two. It was a political move. I suggest you to get yourself acquainted with the politics of the region before you make such baseless assumptions.Even Adobe Photoshop can't change me.

Khushal, I said tribals wouldn't really invite a Punjabi and not a madani Pashtun.
Both sets look down on each other tribal and settled, but there is a difference.
The settled Pashtuns look down on tribal Pashtuns as backwards. However a poor Kohati Pashtun or Peshawari Pashtun (excluding Hindkos and fake Pashtuns) would still look down on a Punjabi millionaire because of "I am Pashtun (connotations: proud, warrior, noble), you are a Punjabi (connotations: inferior, more Hindu-like) ".
In the same way a tribal will look down on a settled Pashtun as being inferior and less Pashtun part of this is subconsciously viewing them as having abandoned/diluted Pashtunwali and adopted the ways of outsiders (Punjabis/Farangyan).
A tribal Pashtun retains more of the traditional Pashtunwali, thus warrior spirit thus that is why the militants were consistently defeating the Pakistan army in every battle from 2003 until a few years back when they alienated tribesmen due to their extreme behaviour.
The military prowess of FATA Pashtuns is such that it can fundamentally disturb, if not destroy, the federation.
As an outsider I can say the tribals definitely have the stronger superiority complex.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
