  • They say "a picture speaks a thousand words" - who is the president?

About 5 minutes ago I came across an article on Afghanistan.

The first thing I noticed was the picture accompanied with the headline and what struck me was the fact that it is the funeral of Ahmad Wali Karzai, every one is inside a guest room and only two people who have walked in with their shoes.

    What does this signify?
    1. Absolute disrespect to Afghan culture.
    2. Absolute disrespect to a man they have installed as "president".

O'faithful hearken thy vezir, for he promises them another Gandamak and for the ancestors of Hari Nalwa a similar fate has been sealed. We shall shake the foundations of their inner sanctums, written in gold and immortal will remain this endeavor of Afghans.

The first thing that I noticed was the clunky, huge boots of the 2 US military figures.
Symbolic of clumsy they are EVERY way.

The hand over the chest - I can't say the heart,

for there is NO HEART in this man -
            is 100 % PHONY.

            Contrived.

What con-artists are all who participate in this occupation
            Pretending one thing.
Yet TRAMPLING all over everyone in sight
            ON PURPOSE too
            They don't
            "Make Mistakes" as they claim.

It's all deliberate to squash Afghans and anyone else who
            interferes.

The man in the suit to the far left looks like a typical
            FAKE
            puppet
            operative
perhaps a bodyguard but looks extremely out of place.

Yeah, that happens really quite a lot
                      whether it's Soviet KGBs
                      or American intelligence agents -
they keep their target under intense
                      surveillance.
                      Good point.

Still, the guy looks very junior.

Why does he wear a business suit
when he should be blending in with the rest.

Then his appalling bad taste with a
shiny Communist Red tie - where's the
                      hammer and sickle ?

                            cute
                            and highly appropriate picture

That image describes a lot of places, people and situations,

Good choice of avatar for Afghanistan's problems.

some times its better to keep the shoes on in places like that, particularly those big ones.
