I'm reading History of The Jews by Abram L. Sachar, the describing of endurance of the Jewish people, intrigued me in particular:
"The Jews would not die. Three millennia of prophetic teaching had given them an unwavering spirit of resignation and had created in them a will to live which no disaster could crush”
Interesting indeed…a tiny minority, Jewish people not only had survived and preserved their identity but have contributed and influenced others. I would even think Jewish have the will to live at the cost of others. Law of the jungle! The opposite is true of Afghans, they have the will to die and kill others with them. For Afghans, “all those sufferings have created in them the will to kill ", something wrong with our brains!
