You are not brainwashed, that´s for sure!

You know 100% what you think, say and do!

You do not believe in your own strength, in the ability of Pashtuns to come together, settle their problems by themselves and to overcome division and being influenced by others.

The reason maybe a lack of political will power to change something or an involvement with certain circles who benefit from the division that Pashtun are living under.

If you just lack the will power or ghairat to take your own destiny and that of your people in your hand and change something, then you are excused. You can achieve political motives by educating yourself.

If you oppose unification because you would lose the political, social and economical status that you enjoy as part of the establishment, then you are not excused. Given the fact that there are Pashtanas who give birth to carrion feeders, it´s the job of the lion cabs among us to deal with them.....

[ P.S.: Impressed....hmm, yes. I am impressed by the fact that I know a Pashtana whos great-grandfather had moved from Ghazni to Kashmir and after three generations she still fights for the Pashtun cause and managed to save her heritage and language. And I am impressed negativly by people like you. Confronting you will be a pleasure! :-) ]

Do you suffer from a mixture of split-personality disorder and dellusions where you and your other 40 million personalities make up all Pashtuns across the Durand Line and all share your point of view combined with a fear of taking responsibility for yourself, your surroundings and people?

Please speak for yourself after you took your medication.

The on going war in pashtunistan is taking your punjab one step closer to your brothers of eastren indian punjab and us to azad pashtunistan.

I have seen many punjabis pay deep respect to SICK RELIOGION and are in deep love with them.

                      1. Punjabis were loyal to the Sikh regime of Ranjeet Singh and helped him to conquer Pekhawar, so there is a history of Sikh-"Muslim" Punjabi unity.

                      2. However in this day and age there are even major differences between sects and castes of Sikh Punjabis, sometimes even spilling to violence.

                      3. Pak Punjabis are divided and are of many types:

a: Saraikis who want to split and have their own province, some Saraikis are more like Sindhis than Punjabis including being much darker.

b: Potowari/Hindkos in the north who have very little in common with Sikhs.

c: Lahoris and central Punjabis (Majhis), with Lahoris being arrogant and looking down on all other Punjabis.

In addition there are lots of religious extremists in Punjab who will kill a Shia Punjabi, let alone a Sikh Punjabi. I doubt a pan-Punjabi state would ever work.

Here in the UK, Lahoris and Mirpuris (from Mirpur and Jhelam) absolutely hate each other. I knew many middle class Lahoris who hated Mirpuris passionately and would prefer a Bengali to a Mirpuri any day. (Not all Punjabis hate Bengalis)

There are also caste differences amongst Punjabis such as Choudhry, Arian, Jatt, Gujjar etc with discrimination on that basis.

Anyway if Punjabis were busy dealing with each other, that would spare the rest of the region from being troubled by these idiots.

Another major dynamics in understanding Punjab is that the Pakistan army is the biggest employer in Punjab and nearly every family in the 1/2 a million strong Punjabi army has some relative there. If there was an independent but much smaller Punjab, that source of employment goes.

PakLover, you're young and I don't wanna ruin your innocence but I'm afraid I don't have a choice.

Firstly, your dear Pakistan was created by the British in order to serve the West's interests in the region after the British physically departed from South Asia. By 1947, US and UK foreign policies were one and the same (as is evident by the merger of their zones of occupation in Germany) and they were Soviet-centric (focusing primarily on Soviet expansionism). They realized that a united India might very well go Socialist or pro-USSR or neutral but a smaller state within south Asia could be easily controlled. This was proven empirically from 1939-45, when the Congress refused to support the British Empire during WW-II and the Muslim League extended all of its support to them. And that is why just after being created, Pakistan jumped into America's lap, joined CENTO and SEATO (American defense pacts) and allowed American spy planes to fly over the USSR from Pakistani soil.

Ideologically speaking, Jinnah was never even interested in pan-Islamism or Islamic law for that matter. This pan-Islam ideology was created much, much later during Zia-ul-Haq's "presidency".

Furthermore, if all Muslims really are one nation then what's the purpose of Pakistan? Why aren't Tajikistan and Iran also included into Pakistan? If you want Muslim unity, why do you have state borders? Why were Bengalis not Muslims as well when your army was slaughtering and raping them in 1971? Why are the Baloch not included in your Muslim nation and why is your army kidnapping them, torturing them, killing them and then dumping their mutilated bodies as though they're animals?

Lastly, if all Muslims are one nation and should live in Pakistan, what about Pashtuns in Afghanistan, who are also Muslim? Pashtuns from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and northern Balochistan share not only a religion but also their language, culture, way of life, history and historical recognition with the Pashtun people of Afghanistan. Pashtuns in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have more in common with the people of Afghanistan than they have with the people of Lahore and Heera Mandi.

So you ask, "Wow, what happenened to unity?". We ask ourselves the same question - what happened to Pashtun unity? Pakistan is an artificial state, a mere demarcation on a map with no history, no ideology and no future. It is a forced mixture of different nationalities under the banner of pan-Islamism and it especially fails when its nationalities have brethren that exist beyond state borders in other states. What makes everything worse is that the majority group, Punjabis, have become the exploiters of the minorities within their state boundary (and even outside it). This state has also become dangerously dysfunctional, bankrupt and a threat to world peace due to its support for terrorism. The sooner it dies, the better.
"If a nation expects to be ignorant and free, in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be".

"Knowledge will forever govern ignorance; and a people who mean to be their own governors must arm themselves with the power which knowledge gives".
