Kohat is a part of Pakistan and it's resources belongs to Pakistan.
I will be glad if the govt will take steps to use that resources as that will bring jobs for the local people and eradicate their problems.

Kudos! A guy came along and told the locals here are some lines we drew on a map... now observe them. If someone here in the US told the Americans that Ohio is a separate country from Kentucky etc, they would never observe those lines. Independently the coal resources of Ohio are not enough to sustain it... independently, the oil resources of Alaska are not enough to sustain it. Though there are ethnic differences between regions, its absurd that they do not recognize that the gas wealth of Kohat can benefit the whole region and the mineral wealth in dagestan as well as other places can serve the common interest. So GOE is right in a "Nationalistic" way as well. If you honor an agreement, like the British and Afghans did, you should honor it all the way not half-assed. That makes the whole agreement invalid.
