So, it is getting more difficult to find articles that reveal a realistic portrayal of the ground situation on Afghanistan. It is almost certain that Obama and US state dep have put a complete clamp on news that is bad for them.

One can criticize press TV, but only they have mentioned the recent murders of Afghan civilians by US forces. No other media has mentioned it, especially US media. Yesterday, a Afghan female physician was killed along with her children, and her husband was injured. Again, only PressTV published this.

It also appears the ISAF has stopped releasing statements that show that they are losing indeed. One can be sure this directive has come from Obama.

So, my question is where can I get unfiltered news from?

They claimed that they killed 50 Afghans, and now have said that number has gone up to 80.

I am 100% sure this is a complete lie. Whoever picked the numbers was really stupid. I think this phase is called disguising defeat. They have done it before.

They have a history of covering up their casualties.

I get most of my news about Afghanistan from Pajhwok.
That's how I found out about the female doctor being murdered.

Regarding US influence, they have been influencing what we see online for a long time. Only last year congress approved funds amounting to billions (I think) to allow the US govt. to promote favourable propaganda.

Regarding casualties. That's nothing new. The official casulty figures are never to be trusted.

Does anyone know how reliable Pajhwok is?
    Is it government-run?
    Where are it's allegiances?
I don't know much information about it but they seem to give good news about Afghanistan and is not pro NATO or pro Taliban as far as I can see.
Also you can only see one article a day unless you subscribe.

I think it is Kabul-state press. This means that to some degree it is controlled by US embassy.

After Al-jazeera was bought out, PressTv appears to be the only reliable source of information now as well as Huffington Post, and the Guardian.

I can't even find articles to post.

al jazeera has always been owned by the government of qatar.
There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.
