First of all there is no such thing as Punjabi Army over here in Pakistan. It's Pakistan Army consisting of all the ethnic groups.

Again, the foreign aid doesn't go straight to the govt of Punjab rather it is received by the Federal govt which doesn't comprise of Punjabies but Pakhtuns too. And Yes, that foreign aid was not subject to the Swat Operation conducted by Pakistan Army.

Still swat is the only pashtun area where people celebrate the paki day with joy.

And when you accept that, you should look for the reason why they celebrate every national day, because they love this state and it's Army. It was on their 'wish' that operation was conducted.

Pakistani military, ISI and Taliban are one thing with different name. They
killed millions in Bangaldesh and now doing the same thing in Balochistan, Sindh
and Pakhtoonkhwa to loot these lands for Punjabis.
They all have one target, to keep others slaves for Punjab in the name of Islam
and terrorise them. If you want your rights, you are a kafir and against Islam
and should be killed, they can use the military, FC, ISI, MI or Taliban to
achieve their goals.
