I dont personally care for Jinnah, i dont glorify him like some other pakistanis do, but a seperate muslim state for muslims was actually not his idea, it was Iqbal's idea and most pakistanis would never give up on that idea, if british india hadn't seprated, it would have been a disastrous power struggle between muslims and hindus, most likely a civil war would have happend and millions would have been killed on both sides.

That is the biggest lie ever told. Its still being spread because it justifies the creation of Pakistan. Just go back in history and check how many times in India, the Hindus and Muslims tried to kill each other. Were there large scale Hindu uprisings against the Mughals or other Muslim rulers? Was it ever about religion?

And what more refutation of the two-nation theory than the current state of India. By the logic of Jinnah, Chaudhary and Iqbal it would have been unthinkable for 850 Mn Hindus to co-exist with 200 Mn Muslims. But are these two groups at each others throats everyday? India should have collapsed internally when close to half the Muslim population chose to stay back in 1947. But that didnt happen. What more proof do you need of the fallacy of the two-nation theory?

The basic tenets of the creation of Pakistan and its existence have changed many times since it came into existence. Jinnah was driven by politics but tried to move towards a secular state for all minorities in the sub-continent. This was flawed from the beginning. You do not use one religion as your main motive for founding a nation and then ask all minorities to join. Completely defeats the purpose. Ayub brought in Islam and changed the Constitution and Zia plunged the country further into the hands of the Mullahs.

And I do not mean to demean the founding fathers of Pakistan. It was all about politics and Islam and the two-nation theory was just a tool used by them. I just hope the average Pakistani understands this. Untill that happens, there would always be mistrust between India and Pakistan.

they have been luckily to get separate homeland otherwise they have would been killed in hands of hindus like we are doing it to our muslims brothers back in india,lot of common people in india are fighting for their monthly income basic needs like food and these people think we have lot of time in our hands.

And this shows that many Pakhtuns of Pakhtunkhwa are loyal to Pakistan.. They feel this is their country And If you do a little research you will come to know that even his and Asfandyar's dad(s) were loyal to Pakistan.. . They thought Pakistan is their home, they treated it like their home and they were striving for it's betterment. What's wrong in Mehmood Khan Achakzai saying that? He isn't like you thinking Pakhtunkhwa is a part of Afghanistan he is living in the real world
