The Taliban in Afghanistan have denied they are to blame for a suicide bomb blast at a hospital that's killed about 20 people including women children and medical staff.
The suicide attack in Logar province just south of the capital Kabul has also left 25 people injured.
A Taliban spokesman Zabihulluah Mujahid says his group condemns the attack on a hospital and claims the people behind the bombing want to defame the Taliban.
Officials have described the bloodshed as unprecedented in the history of the conflict questioning why a place has been targeted that cares for patients.
However after initial reports said 60 people were killed they now say the number is more like 20.
