in a liberal society people can choose to behave that way, as in your example, or not. every person in the western world does not do the negative things that you disapprove of. you propose islamic hegemony which is the same headspace as the western countries proposing that everyone must live like them. i don't need everyone to live like me and i am not in approval of western hegemony. i have been to muslim countries, both liberal and strict and the only country where i was harassed was pakistan. so i, personally don't have a headspace that is against islam. i think there are many things in my society that could be done better. we have really gone downhill but there are things in a muslim society that i would not want forced upon me.
