And the soldiers were crying for the lost platoon. If you got the theme of the attitude of the soldiers DURING the fight, they were very excited and eager (the US military is known to put soldiers in a state of boredom making them hope they'll get shot at so they can fight).

exactly; ....the soldiers in the video are the equivalent of an obnoxious bully who gets punched in the nose by one of his victims and then ends up running and crying after being put down like the cowards they are.

this is not the normal human reaction; this is the reaction of spoiled wimps.
