if Matt wants to fight the war on terror; start at home with the CIA and then the central force of world corruption will have cut terroristic force over half. Otherwise this isn't a war on terror; but a war on things that threaten America's power.

I know the CIA has an atrocious reputation with Latin America, but they've lost a LOT of power since the end of the Cold War. When it comes to country to country, ISI is a lot more powerful now.
