    By negating falsehood and affirming truth you are expressing disavowal to falsehood and allegiance to truth.

    Therefore, hatred of kaafir beliefs, ideology and policies is part of being a believer in Islam.

                        It is due to the ethnocentric individuals who are mostly ex-pats who are trying to create division in Afghanistan. They have miserably failed in this regard, as no Afghan is touting their secular pathetic ideals. You can sweep them all in the dustbin.

                        Truth be told, this "Afghan government" is only saying things now to get the people on their side. It is full of ethnocentric individuals, pashtuns, tajiks, hazaras, and uzbeks, all these dirty criminals want is a paycheck.
