This is obvious. They are secularists. They are ANP and PMAP type of people. I know many Afghans in UK. From Lar aw Bar. I know the tribal shura's there, the jirga's the representatives of Niazi, Ahmadzai, Afridi, Khattak and other tribes.

They do not dress like this or attend the meetings of these people.

If it was a real Jirga, I would have heard about it. I am in contact with the people in UK.

This was a close event especially for Khalqis, ANP's and other similar type of secularists.

Praying 5 times a day does not prevent one from being a secularists.

They shave off their beards and they unite upon tribe and ethnicity and they are members or supporters of secularist parties.

as far as i can guess,seculerist is someone who is too much busy with the seculer world and disregards religion and thinks religion should be only in mosques and not in politics.

so they believe in separation o fstate and religion and think religion is no good for ruling the people and to rule the people we should have somthing "neutral" which is not religiously motivated.

but seculerism is also connected to being non religious or lacking religion and being materialist or even atheist.
