If you think we shy or are afraid of attacks...I'm here to tell you we aren't. Remember our discussions prior how we are reactive not aggressive like the Taliban? You blow up one of our vehicles, we take out the entire network in a village. We'll use chickens to fight your chickens LOL.

There are people today who think that admitting God’s absolute greatness decreases the value and importance of humans in the creation, as if God and mankind are rivals competing in greatness and power. Meanwhile I feel that whenever our perception of God’s greatness increases, with it we become greater, because we are the creation of a great God.

does that make you feel big, that you have the power over these poor villagers?
and you claimed when you came on this forum that you wanted to be a friend to the afghan people.

Actually it's not a LOL matter. Do not insult the people on this forum or in Afghanistan who have tried to accommodate you.

We have a generally well educated forum and many do not blindly follow Americanism or Talibanism, whatever you want to call the latter.

You do not have a God-given right to kill an entire "network of villages". It makes you no worse than the enemy whom you claim is indiscriminate. You do not win the hearts and minds of anyone.

You are rightly rejected when you open your mouth and put your foot right in, because of all the people I would choose to ally myself with, a redneck might appear somewhere at the bottom simply because we have nothing much in common.

14 civilians killed in Helmand air strike | Pajhwok Afghan News

Women and children were among 14 civilians killed in airstrike by international troops in the southern province of Helmand, officials claimed on Sunday. The raid was conducted late on Saturday when militants attacked a base of US marines in the Salam Bazaar area of Nawzad district, the governor's spokesman told Pajhwok Afghan News.
Fourteen people, including five girls, seven boys, and two women were killed when the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) struck two houses in the area, Daud Ahmadi, said.
One woman was among six others injured in the raid, which came the day President Hamid Karzai ordered an end to "irresponsible" operations by foreign forces.
Governor Gulab Mangal, meanwhile, strongly condemned the incident and asked the NATO-led soldiers to avoid attacks that caused civilian casualties. A delegation had been set up to investigate the raid, he said in a statement.
"We are aware of reports that allege several civilians were killed following an ISAF airstrike in Nawzad. Regional Command Southwest has sent a joint assessment team to the area and will issue their findings in due course," ISAF said.
The Taliban stormed a checkpoint of foreign troops in the village, but foreign troops targeted three civilian houses, inflicting casualties on non-combatants, said Noor Mohammad, who lost a family members.
Fourteen people were killed and 10 others injured. Many of the victims were children and women, he alleged.
The victims were taken to Lashkargah to show them to Afghan officials, said another resident, Hajji Janan. Some of the injured were airlifted to an ISAF medical facility, he concluded.

Nato airstrike kills 14 in Helmand

A Nato airstrike targeting insurgents has inadvertently hit two civilian homes in the volatile south-western Helmand province, killing 14 women and children, an Afghan government official said.
Dawood Ahmadi, a spokesman for the provincial government, said the alliance launched the airstrike late on Saturday in retaliation for an attack earlier in the day on a US Marine base in Helmand's north-west district of Nawzad.
He said Nato hit two civilian houses, killing five girls, seven boys, and two women.
Nato spokesman Maj Tim James said a joint coalition and Afghan delegation was travelling to the site to investigate. He did not confirm the aistrike and provided no details about it or the attack on the Marines.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, a Taliban suicide bomber wearing a police uniform blew himself up inside a heavily guarded compound in northern Afghanistan as top Afghan and international officials were leaving a meeting.
The blast killed two senior Afghan police commanders and wounded a German general in command of coalition troops in the region. Two German soldiers and two other Afghans were also killed in the blast that came just weeks before a planned drawdown of US troops begins this summer.
The bomber detonated his explosives-laden vest inside the governor's complex in Takhar province, where high-ranking Afghan officials were meeting with members of the international coalition, according to Faiz Mohammad Tawhedi, a spokesman for the governor.
Among the dead was Gen Daud Daud, regional police commander in northern Afghanistan.
Daud was a former deputy interior minister for counternarcotics and a former bodyguard of Ahmad Shah Massoud, the charismatic Tajik leader who commanded the Northern Alliance and died in an al Qaida suicide bombing two days before the 9/11 attacks that provoked the US invasion.
Also killed were provincial police chief Gen Shah Jahan Noori, a secretary to the governor and one of Daud's bodyguards, the health director said.

The odious Dresden - the name is a reminder of how Americans
bombed the German very famous cultural capital into near ruins
during World War II - should be deplaned from this Forum.

He's obviously a propagandist probably paid to be making all these
                            barbaric statements.
But he has no REAL intelligence or education from the way he writes.

I'm glad Tor_Khan spoke up - it's about time everyone unite against him
and get him banned for inflammatory statements like this:

" You blow up one of our vehicles, we take out the entire network in a village".

This could be the Nazis talking = for that's what they did when the Free French resistance committed any sabotage against them.
They would shoot 1,000 or even 10,000 French civilians.

                            It's called : reprisal.

How can the US today claim to be any different than the Nazis
who one has heard how evil they were for 50 years now?
But it's fine for the US to conduct reprisals against Afghans??

What hypocrisy -- which will be caught by few today
because of the lack of literacy or interest in histoy
                            among youth in the West.

By the way, I don't think the strategy of sabotage was right in THAT situation.

The Afghan resistance has little other way to make their voice heard, unfortunately.
For the entire world has been propagandized FOR the US & "nato" --

M Dresden is just one cog in that big Lie Factory.

I'd get rid of him if it were my forum...

Catya, the whole world has witnessed foreigners getting their backside whooped. The fact remains, that when Afghans are targeted, they only make the Taliban stronger and the Taliban reach extend throughout Afghanistan.

The more Afghans THEY kill, the more animosity and resentment to them, the stronger the Afghan opposition/resistance becomes/ the more their presence is not tolerated. The less secure they are even as they attempt to find all ways to escape (making up phantom imaginary Taliban officials that they are supposedly speaking to)

Matt Hoh says the more they conduct military operations, the more they lose and fail.. So their strategy is a HUGE failure that has been tried by every other losing power that was there before them.

BTW, the world is glad that US government has lost all face and credibility in the world. Keep in mind that the East has a completely different culture and set of opinions that have gained more ground and influence as the day of the West disappears.

The NATO alliance is now just a bad joke.
