All peolpe who are poor and live in literatelly squalid are vulnerable to poor hyginical conditions, and among others you Pakis and Pathans probably rot. Generally speaking, Pakistanis and that including the Pakified Pathans are untidy, dirty and stinky people you could ever see. Every one knows this. 95% Pakis including Pathans (not the dignified Pashtus of KP) are dirty daalkhor oily rats.
