I don't mind the confused kids. Their just sheep, the only reason they like Iran is becuase they think Iran stands up to the US, for these sheep anyone that appears to stand up to the US is automatically an angel, little do they know that the Iranian government is a cancer in the middle east.

A Taliban-like (terrorist) kurdish movement that kill children, women, elder people to gain their political goals. A cancer in the middle-east between Iraq, Syria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey.Originally posted by Adamyousafzaipeshmerga? is that the kurdish army?

Actually more like a 375,000 regular army recognised by the Iraqi constitution.Originally posted by Albani_Rahmat_Kabulzada View PostA Taliban-like (terrorist) kurdish movement that kill children, women, elder people to gain their political goals. You seem to be very uneducated when it comes to Kurds. Don't listen to everything the media tells you, we are not what you think.

It's not a 'group' or 'militia'Originally posted by AdamyousafzaiAre they religious or secular?
It's a recognised army of the autonomous Kurdish (Iraqi Kurdistan - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) which is 'de-facto- independent. It takes direct orders from the Kurdish government which has secular and religious parties along with others such as (Christians, yezidis)

Welcome to the forum Kurd. I support your cause.
Adam peshmerga is pesh(front) and marg(death). These freedom fighters have been around for almost 100 years fighting for their independence and even includes women.
Similar in many respects to us Pukhtuns.
Albani's response is to be expected given his allegiance/roots.---
To advise others is an easy matter, the difficulty is accepting advice -- since it is bitter for those who follow their
own inclinations and desires.

Indeed, the hypocrisy in the Islamic world is unbelievable, it's also unbelievable how stupid some people are and how they are tricked by the media, I mean the Turks have had open ties with Israel for years, and have been 'pawns' of the US for years and no body seems to remember that, but when it comes to Kurds people base their opinion on some assumptions... it's unbelievable.Originally posted by Toramana View PostWelcome Kurd brother. I will find about Baranzai and let you know...Kurds are a noble people and have been deprived by the so-called Muslim brethern. I am happy that good times seem to be lying ahead for them.
I hope pashtuns achieve the same, however we both have a common problem... we're landlocked...

Back in the days the peshmerga were just tribe men that had enough of racism:-

Yes Kurd brother a very apt observation...In Pakistan as well the dominent nationality that is the Punjabis maintain excellent relation with US and have been their pawns since inception but make hue and cry when others do it. Lately, the same Punjabis have rented themselves to Godless Chinese?Originally posted by kurd123 View PostIndeed, the hypocrisy in the Islamic world is unbelievable, it's also unbelievable how stupid some people are and how they are tricked by the media, I mean the Turks have had open ties with Israel for years, and have been 'pawns' of the US for years and no body seems to remember that, but when it comes to Kurds people base their opinion on some assumptions... it's unbelievable.

As for being landlocked, I think to be free is better than to be controlled and exploited. We will find a way to have access to Arabian Sea probably a confederation with Baluchis would work. Personally, the ideal situation would be all communities e.g. Pashtuns, Baluchis, Urd-Hindi speakers, Sindhis, Tajaks, Nuristanis, Gilgitis, Baltis, etc. in Central and South Asia coming togethor into a regional structure that guarantees autonomy and mutually trading and collectively defending themselves against other regional giants.
For this to happen, Punjab is to get weakened.

It's ridiculous, and just shows how a well organized propaganda campaign is.Originally posted by Toramana View PostYes Kurd brother a very apt observation...In Pakistan as well the dominent nationality that is the Punjabis maintain excellent relation with US and have been their pawns since inception but make hue and cry when others do it. I wish you good luck, as for us we have massive gas and oil reserves that could help us, also we have a very high birth rate much, for example kurds in Turkey have a much higher birth rate than Turks and sooner or later catch up to the Turkish population and hopefully be a majority in a town with access to sea.As for being landlocked, I think to be free is better than to be controlled and exploited. I think the Kurdish enclave should consolidate its independence as much as possible and at the same time should support in a diplomatic/political way the Kurds in Turkey get their rights. Freedom is every nations natural right and Kurds should have an autonomous enclave to work for the preservation and development of their culture.

Turks will no longer be able to deny Kurds their rights, and autonomy is already being discussed there, and like it said sooner or later we will no longer be a 'minority'Originally posted by Toramana View PostI think the Kurdish enclave should consolidate its independence as much as possible and at the same time should support in a diplomatic/political way the Kurds in Turkey get their rights. As of this moment, we in 'Iraq' Kurdistan are ready to declare independence at any moment, however the timing is not right and we will wait for the right time.
