It is wrong to fire on and kill someone that is surrendering whether they are Chechen, Arab, American , or Hindu especially if it is a pregnant woman. They are not killing only the woman but the innocent child inside her. This situation could easily have been handled more civil than what is shown in the video. This is a war crime.

I agree, this action be the police was totally wrong, especially when the women was surrendring, but all i am saying is that most likely the (men) from these groups are militants who were carrying terrorist attacks in the country. What would chechens be doing in baluchistan? its not a holiday destination. what if the car was rigged with suicide bombers?
