Spenta almost had a fist fight with Karim Khurram over the daneshga-pohantoon issue and is a supporter of persian culture. I was in herat when he sponsored a persian conference there on roodaki and gave a speech praising dari. has he praised Pashto ever?

Ismail Khan is a tajeek from shindand. he has always been part of jamiat and even called for the liberation of samarkand and bokhara (tajeek irredentist claims) in the early 1990s. Ismail Khan last year in the parliamentary elections helped his tajiks get elected and was against all pashton candidates in herat.

stop this denial. if we regard all tajeeks as pashtun we are committing suicide.

I know Ismail khan's family personally, love him and support him and I know his family background being from Farah not herat brother.

you are forgetting one thing that setamis are Ismailis tajik majority form some time ago specially after many fights took place in Badakhshan in 1950 ie such 1957 where dozens were killed by Kuchi who wanted their land back.

what are you talking about. there might be some ismailis but majority of these setamis are sunni tajeeks and they did not get destroyed.. setami melli did not get dismantled in the 50s.

No I said it was created do to the actions taken by kuchi tribe in 1950s yes it still exists but hidden and do not have any such conferences inside afghanistan as such as in 1970s and 1980s.

I know from first hand that majority of them are ismailis. Often Ghali and even pretends to be sunni they also like showlais are anti muslim in somes anti-sunni. Their foundation stands behind shiaism and persian or irani history. Their articles and books and propaganda comes directly from iran, and irani sources are used always against afghanistan. They are anti-afghan, anti-afghanistan and anti-sunni which does not hold any key believe that majority of Farsiwans can depend on.

Wow never heard of that ok if you have any sources let me know. I also have family and close relationship with Families living in herat as well as with Ismail Khans supporters/commanders whom I know are of all of them are pashtuns of Herat.(I don't like to name due to respect of their privacy I will PM u) So what u saying is different from what I heard.
